Position: Office Support Admin
As an Office Support Admin, you’ll play a key role in keeping our school running smoothly. You’ll support staff, families, and children while helping create a safe, joyful, and organized environment where everyone can thrive.

In this role, you will:
- Handle light office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining records
- Enforcing rules and regulations from Primrose Schools and Childcare Licensing Minimum Standards
- Assist the Director and teaching staff with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Fill in and support classrooms as needed to ensure children receive the attention and care they deserve
- Help close the school each day, ensuring everything is organized, secure, and ready for the next day
- Support enrollment, scheduling, and other operational tasks
- Learn essential school functions to provide backup and support across departments
- Help cultivate a positive, organized, and efficient school environment
