Do you enjoy working with young children of different ages? Would you enjoy moving around the school to help in different classrooms each day? If so, you might love being a Support Teacher!

As a Support Teacher at Primrose School of Bridgeland located at 18717 Bridgeland Creek Parkway, you will help young minds explore, discover and understand the world around them.  You will work with the classroom teacher to implement a program of activities that promote the social, emotional, and physical development of each child.

Currently hiring for these shifts: 
  • Support Teacher;  Hours 12:00 pm - 6:45 pm
Desired skills and experience: 
  • Experience working with children is a plus but not required.
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. 
  • Infant and Young Toddler teachers must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib. 
Responsibilities:
  • Maintains the Primrose professional attitude and work behavior.
  • Implement class lesson plans and daily schedule using Primrose curriculum and materials.
  • Maintain a well-kept classroom the encourages creativity and exploration.
  • Assess each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis.
Compensation: $12.00 - $13.50 per hour
